Opening and closing dates

The prize draw opens at 08:00 on 5th June 2026.

Entries must be received by 08:00 on 19th June 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

RC Vision does not intend to extend the closing date. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the draw only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary and where doing so is fair to entrants.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.

The following people may not enter:

  • employees, directors or regular contractors of RC Vision CIC;

  • anyone directly involved in administering the draw;

rcvision.co.uk/speedfest

You will need to provide:

  • your first name;

  • your email address;

  • confirmation that you are aged 18 or over;

  • confirmation that you agree to these prize draw terms.

There is a limit of one entry per person.

Automated, bulk, duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Requesting marketing emails is not a condition of entering the draw.

The prize

There is one prize:

One Traxxas Rustler XL-5 Brushed 2WD RC car, model 37254-8, or similar. The colour of the model and precise model part number may vary.

The prize is subject to availability. It is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

If circumstances outside RC Vision’s reasonable control make it necessary, RC Vision may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Selecting the winner

One winner will be selected after the closing date using a computer process that produces a verifiably random result.

The draw will take place by 30th June 2026.

RC Vision will retain an internal record of the selection process.

Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form within seven working days of the draw.

The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification email.

If the winner:

  • does not respond within 14 days;

  • cannot provide reasonable proof of eligibility;

  • has submitted an invalid entry; or

  • cannot accept the prize,

RC Vision may withdraw the prize and select another winner using the same random process.

Entrants should check their spam or junk-email folder. RC Vision is not responsible where a winner does not see or respond to a correctly sent email.

Delivering the prize

RC Vision will arrange delivery of the prize to an eligible address in THE UNITED KINGDOM.

The prize will normally be delivered within 30 days of the winner confirming their eligibility and delivery details.

RC Vision is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Winner information

To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, RC Vision may make the winner’s surname and county available to people who request this information by emailing andy@rcvision.co.uk within three months of the closing date.

The winner may ask RC Vision not to publish this information, or to reduce the information made available, by contacting us when accepting the prize.

RC Vision may still provide relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

Publicity

RC Vision will not require the winner to take part in publicity as a condition of receiving the prize.

We may invite the winner to take part in reasonable publicity, but this will be optional and subject to separate agreement.

Responsibility

RC Vision will administer the draw fairly and in accordance with these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

RC Vision is not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete or not received because of technical issues outside its reasonable control.

Data protection

RC Vision will use personal information submitted for the prize draw to:

  • record and validate entries;

  • administer the draw;

  • select and contact the winner;

  • deliver the prize;

  • demonstrate that a valid award has taken place;

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

RC Vision will not add entrants to an ongoing marketing list simply because they entered the draw.

Optional requests for the RC Vision beginner’s guide, local RC-track information, RC-car offers or future RC Vision emails are separate choices.

Further information is set out in the SpeedFest 2026 Privacy and Marketing Notice below and in our main Privacy Policy.

General

RC Vision’s decision is final in relation to the administration of the draw.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

These prize draw terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
